The time has come again: the new BodyBalance release is coming! On Saturday, July 5 at 11:15 am Mara and Julia will launch BodyBalance 108 together on the beach at the Rietplas in Houten.

As with the previous launch, there will be a short workshop prior to the class. During this workshop you will get extra depth in elements for which there is often no time in the regular BodyBalance classes, but which are essential to take your practice to the next level.

We will end the morning pleasantly with a delicious, catered lunch.

Of course, this is also the perfect time to introduce your friends, partner or family to your favorite workout!
