What are the ground rules about booking via the Logifit app?
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Up to two weeks in advance.
If I can't, should I cancel?
Yes please! We want to offer everyone a place. When people come who did not make a reservation, you unnecessarily occupy a spot that cannot be used by someone else. Isn't that a shame?
Until when can I cancel a class?
Up to 3 hours before the start of the class.
What happens if I haven't cancelled (on time) for a reserved class?
Your attendance for this class will still be charged. Also, after a no-show, your ability to reserve will be blocked. This block can only be lifted by our reception desk.
Is booking a class mandatory?
YES. No admission without a reservation.
To give everyone an equal opportunity due to the limited number of places, you can reserve a maximum of 1 session in advance per activity.
