Piazza Sports is looking to strengthen its sales and reception team. This is a part-time position for 22-32 hours a week, of which you are available at least 1a2 evenings and Sundays. You will work in an enthusiastic and fun team of colleagues, where during your work shift you are on your own or together with another colleague. Working at Piazza Sports means working as a team, your input is valued. In addition, you will be prepared by Piazza Sports through a sales training, so you can perform your job optimally.

The position:
As a sales and reception associate you will be responsible for sales and for reception and hospitality duties, you will be the business card of Piazza Sports and make new and existing members feel welcome. Together with the team you are also responsible for membership growth within Piazza Sports. You do this by calling potential members who register through our website with a callback request. With your sales skills you make sure that these potential members come to the club and after your convincing sales pitch, eventually sign up at Piazza Sports. Besides this, your workday consists of answering the mail and phone and keeping the reception and bar tidy. Meanwhile, there may also be a customer at the bar to order a cappuccino and a customer at the reception with a question. This is a versatile position, where no two days will be the same and where you will have to prioritize your work as you go along so that every customer is served neatly and on time.

We are looking for a colleague who:
- At least MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of sales and communication.
- Has a strong affinity with sports and can convey this with enthusiasm to others.
- Excellent communication and contact skills.
- Service oriented, knowledge and experience about sales is a plus.
- Flexible and willing to replace colleagues in case of absence.
- Has a proactive attitude and is solution oriented.
- At least 1a2 evenings and Sundays available.
- Living in the immediate vicinity of Houten.
